At Percival, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items aren't quite right, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return them for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the parcel is securely sealed for transit.

• 3.
  Download and Print Label

  Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your parcel to the nearest designated drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
